2. Products
POSÉA offers activewear and related products for sale through its online store. Product descriptions, photographs, sizes and prices are provided on the product pages.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€). Shipping costs are shown separately before the customer completes the order.
4. Orders
The customer can review and correct their order before payment. The order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and the customer receives an order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before the order is completed.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The conditions and procedure for returns and refunds are described in the POSÉA Return and Refund Policy.

Customers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee relating to hidden defects.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with the POSÉA Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

POSÉA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
